Acceptance of Terms
By using PrimeRoute Solution LLC, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (T&C).
Services Offered
Freight transportation (local & international).
Specialized cargo handling (hazardous, perishable, oversized).
Real-time GPS tracking (where available).
Pricing & Payments
Quotes are valid for 7 business days. days.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT).
Crypto payments are final; refunds are issued in fiat or store credit.
Liability & Insurance
Standard Coverage:$250,000/shipment.
High-Value Cargo (>$50K): +1.2% insurance surcharge.
Excluded Liabilities: Acts of God (storms, floods).
Customs delays (>48 hrs).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: >72 hrs before pickup: 12% fee.
<72 hrs before pickup: 35% fee.
No-Shows: 100% of quoted rate.
Damage Claims: Must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
Crypto Disputes: All crypto transactions are final after 1 blockchain confirmation.
Data Privacy
Client data is secured under [GDPR/CCPA/Other Compliance].
Crypto transactions are recorded on the blockchain for transparency.
GPS Tracking Data: Stored for 90 days.
Dispute Resolution
Damage Claims: Must be filed within 14 days of delivery.

Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Arbitration: Claims exceeding $5,000must be settled through binding arbitration in Camden County, NJ, administered by the [American Arbitration Association] under its Commercial Rules.
